Sunny Park is the former General Counsel at Saks where she led all legal and compliance functions at the luxury fashion retailer. Prior to Saks, she held senior legal roles at Hudson’s Bay Company as a legal advisor to Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks OFF 5TH, Lord & Taylor, The Bay, and Gilt Groupe. Earlier in her career, she served as Counsel at American Express and practiced at law firms Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison and Loeb & Loeb, after beginning her legal journey as an extern to Judge (now Supreme Court Justice) Sonia Sotomayor on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Currently, Sunny continues her practice as a legal consultant to fashion brands and ecommerce businesses, and as an investor in real estate. ​

Haidee Lee is a mergers and acquisition executive with over 25 years of experience. She currently serves as Partner and Global Co‑Head of Sponsor M&A at Goldman Sachs. Prior to her return to Goldman Sachs, Ms. Lee held the role of Global Co‑Head of the Strategic Investor Group M&A franchise at J.P. Morgan, after earlier leadership roles at Goldman as a managing director in M&A, and as Head of the Sell‑Side M&A Group at Credit Suisse. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wellesley College.

Scott Mullins is Managing Director, General Manager, Worldwide Financial Services at Amazon Web Services, where he is responsible for leading the development and execution of AWS’s strategic initiatives in the financial services industry around the world. Prior to joining AWS in 2014, Mr. Mullins' 20 year career in financial services included roles at JPMorgan Chase, Nasdaq, Merrill Lynch, and Penson Worldwide. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University.

Kevin Pemberton joined Microsoft with over 25 years of investment management experience. His financial services career has included Director at UBS Hedge Fund Solutions, SVP Sub-advised Funds at Neuberger Berman, and senior roles at Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, Franklin Templeton, and Clearbridge Investments. He is a former Adjunct Faculty in the Master of Science, Enterprise Risk Management program at Columbia University. Mr. Pemberton holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an AB in Social Science from Harvard University.

Phil Wood is a Partner and Head of Capital Markets at L Catterton. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance department, focusing on the media and telecom sectors. Mr. Wood received an AB in Philosophy from Brown University.

Sonia Chaliha is a Managing Director at BNY where she leads all relationship management activities in the Americas for Banks, Broker Dealers and Insurance Companies for its Asset Servicing Division, the largest line of business in BNY. With BNY since 2002, she has held a variety of leadership roles globally across the firm. Sonia holds a Law Degree (LL.B) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Master’s degree (LL.M) in International Trade Law as well as UK Solicitors’ professional qualifications.

Aureon Herron-Hinds is a Partner at RSM US LLP, where she advises some of the world’s largest financial institutions on complex cross-border transactions. Prior to joining RSM, she was the Director of Global Information Reporting for PwC and a member of the national tax controversy services practice for Deloitte. Ms. Herron-Hinds holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University.

Richard Hooper is a technology and financial markets executive with experience in accelerating shareholder value across the technology ecosystem. Mr. Hooper currently serves as Managing Director, Technology Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. He was previously Director, Technology Investment Banking at Barclays Capital, and has held roles with Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Hooper has a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School and an MBA from Duke University.

John Rosso is the President & CEO of Triton Digital where he oversees global operations delivering advertising, technology, and audience measurement solutions. He has held numerous other leadership positions within the broadcasting industry, most recently as President of Citadel Media, as well as roles with ABC Radio Networks. Mr. Rosso studied Journalism, Broadcasting, and Speech at Buffalo State University, and Business Management at SUNY Empire State College.

Ms. DeSombre is founder and CEO of Paragon Global Ventures. She is a healthcare executive experienced in managing multi-billion dollar, global vertically integrated healthcare products, and services businesses. Ms. DeSombre was most recently the chief operating officer, care delivery international at Fresenius Medical Care before founding Paragon Global Ventures as a way to invest in the next generation of industry disruptors in sectors underrepresented by women and minority leadership.

Mr. Fernandes is a chief information security officer with a lengthy international track record providing leadership and strategic direction in information security, software security, fraud, governance, privacy, risk and compliance management. He is currently the chief information security officer for Whatnot, the largest livestream shopping platform in the U.S. Previously, Mr. Fernandes was CISO at Credit Karma, leading all elements of their global security program.

Mr. Maddaloni is EVP, chief technology officer, operations at Mastercard, responsible for the performance and the modernization of their technology and platform services. Prior to that, he served as global CTO at AIG. He has a track record of defining and guiding IT vision, strategy, and execution for major organizations that have also included UBS, AT&T, GM and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Miller is EVP and chief information officer at Sphere Entertainment and Madison Square Garden Entertainment. In this role, he is responsible for all technology across the enterprise, including the development of new immersive technologies being deployed at the Sphere in Las Vegas. Mr. Miller has spent his career at the forefront of driving large transformational change with groundbreaking technologies in the multiple industries, from airlines to sports and entertainment.

Mr. Nyamari has agreed to join the NY regional board and is currently a partner with Tata Consultancy Services in New York where he is leading a global practice helping financial services clients mitigate cybersecurity, technology, and privacy risks. Previously, he was with PwC, Deloitte, and EY as a risk management, audit, and information security professional.
