Sonia holds a Law Degree (LL.B) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Master’s degree (LL.M) in International Trade Law as well as UK Solicitors’ professional qualifications. ![]() Aureon Herron-Hinds is a Partner at RSM US LLP, where she advises some of the world’s largest financial institutions on complex cross-border transactions. Prior to joining RSM, she was the Director of Global Information Reporting for PwC and a member of the national tax controversy services practice for Deloitte. Ms. Herron-Hinds holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University. ![]() Richard Hooper is a technology and financial markets executive with experience in accelerating shareholder value across the technology ecosystem. Mr. Hooper currently serves as Managing Director, Technology Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. He was previously Director, Technology Investment Banking at Barclays Capital, and has held roles with Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Hooper has a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School and an MBA from Duke University. ![]() John Rosso is the President & CEO of Triton Digital where he oversees global operations delivering advertising, technology, and audience measurement solutions. He has held numerous other leadership positions within the broadcasting industry, most recently as President of Citadel Media, as well as roles with ABC Radio Networks. Mr. Rosso studied Journalism, Broadcasting, and Speech at Buffalo State University, and Business Management at SUNY Empire State College.
